What do you mean you’ll pay me $500 if we don’t close?

We know there are a lot of “investors” out there that make empty promises, yet have no intention of CLOSING on your property. Once we agree to the terms of the contract, we will pay you $500 if we do not fulfill our promise of closing on your property. Since we have been in business we have NEVER had to pay it.

How come all my friends are telling me never to call investors?

Your friends are right, there are a lot of “investors” out there that make big promises that are never fulfilled. Are you just going to lowball me?

No, we don’t just throw out random offers. We sit down with you in person to determine the best solution for you. Due to our renovation systems and processes, we are able to pay more than our competition. However, we still cannot pay retail for a property.  If you need more for your house than we can offer in cash that’s okay!  We are happy to explain other options for your unique situation.

When do I get paid?

Everyone loves this part! You get paid when all documents are signed at the title company. We work closely with the best title company in Houston to ensure a smooth transaction and to get your money FAST!

I don’t want to move yet, is that OK?

Absolutely!  We are investors so we can be flexible on the terms and you can stay in your home for up to a month after we close. In some cases we can even help with your moving expenses.

What factors affect how much Senna will pay for my house?

The two biggest factors that determine what we can pay for your house are the current market conditions and the condition of the property.  Before we meet with you at your property, we bring information on houses in your specific area and how we estimated the cost of repairs and updates.  After meeting with us, you’ll be more than certain you’re receiving an honest and fair offer.
